Everyone- the salesman, finance, parts/ service people were all friendly and explained everything. Very detailed walk through. negotiated with the banks for a better interest rate for us. We had some trouble with the running lights and they took a lot of time to trouble shoot and fix the problem so we would not leave with something not working properly. We just purchased a NoBo 19.8 RV from Shaw. They have the best customer service both in sales, finance, walk through and parts. The service department did an outstanding job of repairing my fifth wheel. The service advisor Jon DeVaughn kept me informed of the repairs. He explained in detail the cost and time to make the repairs. I needed my fifth wheel back for a planned trip and Jon made sure the work would be completed. We purchased our 2021 Dutchman Astoria 3553MBP yesterday from Shaw RV.
Our sales professional was Ricky. We met Ricky in January at the Greensboro RV show. We weren't ready to buy yet but after meeting Ricky and spending time with him at the RV show we knew who we wanted to buy our next camper with if at all possible.
When we were ready to buy 2 weeks ago Ricky was there and waiting on us. He showed us several units and spent quality time with us and again no pressure at all from Ricky or Shaw RV.

What a great experience at Shaw RV.
After a 22 year sabbatical from camping we were finally ready to jump back into the RV lifestyle and we made the decision to purchase our 5th wheel from Shaw RV. We did so after checking the reviews of all the local RV dealerships and found that hands down Shaw RV was the clear front runner. We felt comfortable using Shaw based largely on the numerous positive reviews we read. Our own personal experience mirrored those reviews. While we did hit a few bumps in the road, and experienced a few minor issues, Shaw was quick to fix the issues and make it right. All of the problems we encountered were minor Manufacturer issues and Shaw went above and beyond to fix them in a timely manner.
Everybody we dealt with at Shaw was nice and welcoming, they really make you feel like you are part of the family. From Ricky and Paul in sales to Clint, Skylar and Paul in maintenance and the owner Jeff, they went out of their way to make our experience a positive one. We are completely comfortable recommending Shaw RV for all of your camping needs.

The sales team is very good and will find an option for you, If not there, ask for options. What is really outstanding is the customer support (sales, parts,warranty). Jeff and his team goal is to assure you are satisfied at all time. My experience is the best I ever had, and it is my 7th RV. Regarding warranty, while other dealers had issues solving defects, I had none with Shaw dealer, Shaw team knows how deal with Keystone to assure customer be 100% satisfied. We were camping in the Raleigh area over 4th of July and on a whim decided to stop in and look at travel trailers to potentially upgrade our existing setup. We spent a couple of hours on site with the kids having a great time looking through potential options. Amazingly enough, they let us off the lot after all of that without any hard pressure sales. We were only in town a couple of days, but when we decided to pull the trigger they were extremely helpful making it all happen. The new trailer was delivered as promised and with everything we expected and even a little something extra as a thank you. This is our third travel trailer and I have had good experiences with each dealer, but Shaw went above and beyond to make the deal happen.
